I am available for personal training and you will get your first session free.  My name is Diane Garceau Short and I have been a fitness student for all of my life.  I have conditioned college and high school athletes for 30 years and I would love to help adults get in shape before summer.   Please email me at diane@blastvolleyball.com for an appointment. 

I got into this because of my parents active life style.  i started going on 20 mile bike rides with my parents when I was 8 years old and also started running with my dad when I was 9. I played several sports and I loved how being it shape made me feel.  I was lucky in my life to have parents who where such good role models to me.
